Constantinos and Kyriacos started TrustPoint Property Cyprus after working on homes in and around Larnaca. Through home renovations and property management, they saw first-hand what happens to a house that stands empty for months, and they kept meeting owners abroad with the same worry: who can I trust to look after my home while I'm away?

So they built the service they would want for their own families. One local team, quick to answer, that checks everything properly and tells you the truth about your home.

Constantinos Gardens, landscaping & stonework

Constantinos is a professional gardener and landscaper who also knows property management well. He looks after gardens and outdoor spaces himself, from regular maintenance to rock gardens and stone walls, and brings the same eye for detail to every job we inspect.

Kyriacos Property management & inspections

Kyriacos brings his experience in property management and in running inspections on site. He knows what to look for in a home that has been left empty, makes sure every visit follows the same thorough checklist, and that every report shows you exactly how your home is.

As both have been working in home renovations, they know what a good home needs, what a good job looks like, and when something hasn't been done right. Over the years they've built close working relationships with established local companies for pools, cleaning and security systems, along with tradespeople they trust. They arrange the logistics, inspect every job once it's finished, and keep you updated throughout.

Larnaca is our home base. We look after apartments, houses and villas throughout the district, from Zygi and Mazotos in the west to Oroklini, Pyla and Dhekelia in the east.

Frequently asked

How much does property management cost in Cyprus?

Our property management plans in Larnaca start at €59 a month for one inspection, €79 a month for two inspections, €189 a month for weekly visits with cleaning, gardening and repairs arranged. For holiday lets, Airbnb management is 20% of bookings, and guest changeovers start at €70 per stay. A one-off property inspection is €59.

What is key holding?

Key holding means we keep a secure set of your keys in Cyprus. We use them for property inspections, to let in contractors or cleaners, and to respond to emergencies such as leaks or alarms, so you don't need a neighbour or friend on standby.

Do you look after apartments as well as villas?

Yes. We manage apartments, townhouses and villas, with or without a pool. Plans are the same for every property type, and we'll suggest the right one after a short call.

How will I know you actually visited?

After every visit you receive your own report by WhatsApp or email. It includes a video walkthrough of the main areas of your home, time-stamped photos, photos of the electricity and water meters, and a written report on its condition with any recommendations.

Do you do the work yourselves?

Gardening, landscaping and stonework are done by us directly. For pools, cleaning, security systems and other trades we work with established local companies. We coordinate everything, agree the price with you, and inspect the finished work ourselves.

How quickly do you reply?

Within 1 hour, every day from 08:00 to 20:00 Cyprus time, by WhatsApp, phone or email. Emergencies such as leaks or break-ins are answered at any time.

How do you charge for repairs and other jobs?

Every job is quoted by us as one clear price. You pay 50% to confirm the job before work starts, 25% on the first day of work, and the final 25% once the job is finished and has passed our inspection. The quote covers the work, materials, and our coordination and quality inspection. Urgent emergency repairs can be handled differently, as agreed in your service agreement.

What happens in an emergency?

We hold your keys and are your local contact. If there's a leak, storm damage or a break-in, we attend, make the property safe, arrange help and keep you updated.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can move between plans at any time and cancel with one month's notice. Your keys are returned or handed to whoever you nominate.

Do you sell or rent out properties?

No. We are a property care and concierge service, not an estate agency. For sales or long-term lettings we can introduce you to licensed agents.

Can you manage my holiday let?

Yes, in two ways. If you handle your own bookings, our guest changeover service covers each stay from €70: check-out inspection, cleaning, linen and the home reset. If you'd like us to run everything, our Airbnb management service sets up the listing and manages it for 20% of booking revenue.

Can you take care of my garden?

Yes. Our co-founder Constantinos is a professional gardener and landscaper, so gardening, landscaping and stonework are done by us, from regular maintenance and irrigation to rock gardens, stone walls and complete new gardens. See gardening & landscaping.
